BACK TO
THE ESSENTIAL
In a world dominated by haste and consumption, we decided to stop and ask ourselves what was truly important. We left behind the urban routine to reconnect with the simple, with the real, with what makes us human.

MASíA EL PALOMAR,
HEARTBEATS OF THE TERRITORY
Our previous life, marked by the accelerated pace of consumption and disconnection with the essential, led us to deeply rethink our path. We left behind the urban routine in France and decided to bet on an authentic life project, rooted to the land and to the meaning. Thus we arrived in Cabra de Mora, a small town in Teruel, where we rebuilt the Masía El Palomar to turn it into a home and rural hotel, recovering traditions, cultivating the land and embracing a more conscious lifestyle.

In this new environment, we work with regenerative agricultural practices, respectful beekeeping and a natural coexistence with horses that help protect the territory. Our daily life revolves around caring for the environment, cooking with local products and creating authentic experiences with a small committed team. Here, where silence reigns and the stars shine, we rediscover the value of simplicity and the deep purpose of living in harmony with nature.

WE BET ON
a more conscious existence

At Cabra de Mora, at an altitude of 1,100 meters, we discovered the ruins of the
an old farmhouse from the 18th century. We transformed it with our hands
IN A RURAL HOME AND SHELTER

A place where the past and the present coexist in harmony.

A PLACE WHERE TO cultivate the land, share a home-cooked meal and gaze up at the starry sky REMIND US THAT
LIVING WITH PURPOSE IS POSSIBLE

In addition to living in their natural habitat, they help clean the forest and prevent fires. They are part of the balance we want to preserve.
GUARDIANS OF THE FOREST
Our horses, free and herded, graze among meadows and forests.

THE EARTH AS THE CENTER
HERE THE LAND IS A MASTER.

We apply regenerative techniques that care for the soil, improve biodiversity and feed both our animals and visitors.
A PROJECT
SHARED

NONE OF THIS WOULD BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE TEAM THAT WALKS WITH US.

We share work, learning and commitment with those who believe, like us, that another way of inhabiting the territory is possible.

Listening to, observing, and guarding this environment reminds us THAT
LIVING IN CONNECTION WITH
THE LAND IS AN ACT OF
DAILY LOVE
